So k\u00f6nnen wir Schwellungen, sogenannte \u00d6deme, reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Manuelle Lymphdrainage wird h\u00e4ufig bei Lymphstauungen nach Operationen, Traumata oder bei chronischen Erkrankungen eingesetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Durch sanfte, kreisf\u00f6rmige und rhythmische Massagegriffe regt Ihr Therapeut das Lymphsystem an, um \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Fl\u00fcssigkeit aus dem Gewebe abzutransportieren. Hier wird kein Druck auf die Muskeln ausge\u00fcbt, sondern gezielt das oberfl\u00e4chliche Lymphgef\u00e4\u00dfsystem stimuliert. Dies f\u00fchrt nicht nur zur Entlastung und Abschwellung, sondern kann auch das Immunsystem st\u00e4rken und Schmerzen lindern.
