Eine individuelle Trainingsplanung unterst\u00fctzt Sie bei der Vermeidung bzw. Verz\u00f6gerung von degenerativen Erkrankungen des Bewegungssystems (z.B. Osteoporose) und des Gehirns (z.B. Alzheimer). Mit Hilfe von Pr\u00e4ventivem Training lassen sich au\u00dferdem Alterserscheinungen und Beschwerden der Wechseljahre abschw\u00e4chen.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00f6chten Sie lieber Ihre Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit in Ihrer Sportart steigern und Sportverletzungen auf ein Minimum reduzieren? Wir ermitteln den Status Quo mit funktionellen Bewegungstests und gehen auf Ihre individuellen Bed\u00fcrfnisse und M\u00f6glichkeiten ein, um objektivierbare Fortschritte zu erzielen.
